CLIENT: Food Xchange Pty Ltd / SIZE: 200m2 / SCOPE: Design and Construct
The transformation of an old bank into an upmarket, fast casual food emporium was a much needed addition to an underdeveloped yet busy hub of the Sutherland Shire. Within the one space, several stand alone sections were built to incorporate a pasta bar, juice and espresso bar, a two tonne imported rotisserie oven and seating for over 30 patrons. Elements of the original building were retained along side modern design elements and a world class commercial kitchen fit out.
